Mama's boy

Mark and I had a cute little photo shoot yesterday morning, one of the few times he was happy and content (which you'll see by the end didn't last long!).

One weekend in Richmond, one massive post of photos...

Last weekend, I photographed my cousin's wedding in Richmond, and since David wasn't able to come, Lindsey (aka Aunt Nini), said that she would help me out with Mark so I'd be available to photograph the wedding. It was their first time meeting each other, so we had alot of fun with that. Then he got to meet all of Grandma's family, see everyone at the wedding, and of course spend some time with Papa and Grandma. Here are some highlights from the weekend!

After lunch at Panera, we all said our goodbyes and Mark and I headed East to Newport News to visit with Tori & Justin for the afternoon/evening. I'm so mad at myself for not taking any photos while I was there!! Monday we hit the road early for a long ride home. Needless to say it wasn't as great as Friday's trip up, and somehow I think we're still recovering. :)

Jonathan & Leslie's Visit...

Aunt Leslie and Uncle Jon came over from Charlotte on Saturday night to visit. They got here around 9:30 or so, and stayed till Monday morning. We all had a blast!
Leslie and I ran errands and surprised the guys with tickets to see The Dark Knight on Sunday night, so we could have the night with Mark. The boys went to every potential store in the Tri-Cities it seemed like, looking for a new Wii game. Once they found it, they came home and played it most of the afternoon on Sunday. We did photos of Leslie & Jonathan and then the boys grilled us out some fabulous pork chops. Once they left for the movie, we packed Mark up and headed to Marble Slab for a treat. When we got back, Aunt Leslie gave Mark a bath and then snuggled him while we waited for the boys to come home. Mark cried a large part of the day yesterday after they left, so I'm pretty sure he was missing them :)

We of course took lots of photos, but they are on David's camera so we'll be uploading them once he gets home from work! :)
